Lytspeed Creative, LLC
The media company behind my writing, music, and publishing is called Lytspeed Creative, LLC. I formed it in early January of 2024.
Publishing is the newest arm of my interests. After completing my M.A. in Creative Writing with a concentration in Publishing in 2025, I now have the itch to start publishing some of my own work, as well as a couple of passion projects. At some point, I intend to branch out to publishing other authors, but I want to make the rookie mistakes on my own books first.
At left, you can see the two books I worked on for my master’s degree. Chaotic Cupids: When Love Goes Awry is a student-edited and published anthology of short stories about love stories that aren’t exactly what you expect. It was nominated for a 2025 Colorado Book Award!
The other book is my republished version of Poems of Gerard Manley Hopkins, which originally came out in 1918. Mine preserves all of the original notes and illustrations from Robert Bridges, but puts them in a much more modern, easy-to-read format. It also includes a new foreword by Louisiana Poet Laureate 2011-2013 Julie Kane and a new preface by me.
